DESCRIPTION

“How to Find Employees in Today’s Market” is designed to provide an overview of various considerations for recruiting in a changing workforce landscape. Take a look at some strategies to help you find the right employees in today’s market. This webinar aims to present current perspectives on hiring challenges.

The presenter, Steve McCaslin, is a Washington SBDC Certified Business Advisor and is located in Coupeville, WA. Steve is a retired Naval Flight Officer and has spent 20+ years in the corporate world in sales, strategy and business development, business consulting, corporate training, and leadership development training, mentoring, and coaching. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BS in Agriculture, where he majored in Poultry Science.

S.O.S. (Start OutStanding): Educating Entrepreneurship Excellence Course

 

DESCRIPTION

The Washington SBDC presents a course for beginning entrepreneurs, S.O.S. (Start OutStanding): Educating Entrepreneurship Excellence. This four-week program helps aspiring business owners build a strong foundation for success before they are assigned a Washington SBDC business advisor.

Each session includes interactive lectures, activities, and coursework. Upon completion of all sessions and coursework, you will be assigned an advisor that will provide one-on-one, confidential, customized advising, at no cost, by appointment.
